May I know where you get the items from?

I'm afraid we cannot tell you where we get these items from, just like any other owners of online shops out there. We have put in alot of effort searching for something that would suit our customers' tastes, that's for sure.(:


Do you bring in backordered / restock items?

We may, or we may not. It depends. We may bring the items back due to popular demand, or we may choose to keep them exclusive. ;)


The item doesn't suit me. May I know if I can use your pictures for resale?

Yes, you may. BUT only if you have bought the item directly from fashionspy. If you have gotten it off someone who has bought the item from fashionspy, please let us know the lj nick of the person you've bought the item from. Otherwise, you may not use the pictures for resale.

We do keep a record of all our customers' purchases.
